No deposit required on any restoration under £2000, over this a 50% deposit is needed to start the restoration. The full restoration costs or the 50% remainder will be paid on completion of the piece. The restoration costs are based on the amount of time needed to repair and the amount of gold needed. It is not an indication of the value of the frame.
Pieces can stay in the workshop for 30 days after completion, so collection can be arranged. After this time the pieces will be taken off the insurance cover so new pieces can come into the workshop. Pieces will then be left at the owner’s own risk. A storage fee will be charged after the 30 days.
I can only restore pieces from within the UK.
